Location: Stockholm We are looking for a Senior project manager within the IT domain.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and a passion for driving change.
Responsibilities - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead the end-to-end project management of the Customer Service transformation initiative from an IT perspective.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Business, Customer Service, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects.
- Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service operations and technologies, including AI.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
