Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Ensure all products comply with regulatory and safety standards, including national and international maritime laws.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to integrate safety and compliance into product development.
• Conduct and support risk assessments and hazard analyses for product designs.
• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive compliance documentation and records.
• Monitor and evaluate regulatory requirements to ensure alignment with evolving standards.
• Support internal and external audits related to product safety and compliance, and drive corrective actions as needed.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in an engineering regulatory compliance role.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• Expertise in classification, EU/CE regulations, and compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience in guiding products through certification processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Advantageous: experience in the naval or maritime industry.
