Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Drive and facilitate requirement and solution workshops to define and evolve external collaboration concepts within the vehicle software domain.
• Support development of IT solutions enabling collaboration with partners, suppliers, and joint ventures.
• Explore and shape concepts for virtual engineering workbenches for software-defined vehicles.
• Ensure a holistic, end-to-end approach across systems, processes, and stakeholders.
• Engage with multiple divisions and business areas to align technical and business objectives.
• Coordinate activities across organizations and teams to maintain alignment and timely delivery.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar cross-functional role.
• Proven ability to facilitate efficient workshops and lead requirement discussions.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to drive clear decisions and outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage short timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Solid understanding of IT architecture design principles and information modeling.
• Experience working in large, cross-functional environments involving multiple business units is an advantage.
